The band is at Capitol Tower in L.A. (where they also recorded the fan-club tape called "Freaks With A Cause") and Anthony introduces the band. While the guys are talking, there's a lip-sync video of the Peppers doing "Good Time Boys". This has been shot sometime in June/July 1989.
